Replacement 16″ disc assembly to suit Hayes 16″ bed formers. Complete assembly supplied with disc, frame, axle shaft, greaseable bearing and 2 U-bolts. Features adjustable disc angles for correct setup and positioning.

Direct replacement for Hayes 16″ Bed Former SKU 36010.
