Hayes 6FT box grader blade and box scraper for 28–60 hp tractors, designed to carry, spread and grade soil or gravel with a three-point linkage. SKU 45030.

Choosing the correct box scraper for your tractor is essential for achieving excellent grading performance, efficient material movement and safe operation.

Unlike a standard grader blade, a box scraper carries and holds material inside the box while grading. This creates higher draft loads and generally requires more horsepower, greater tractor weight and adequate 3-point linkage lift capacity.

Heavy-Duty Construction

Built for demanding work, this box blade features 8 mm side plates and an additional 10 mm skid plate underneath for increased strength and durability.

A clevis hitch provides a stronger connection than a standard bolt-on pin. The main frame is reinforced with 12 mm support brackets connecting to the 108 × 100 mm RHS ripper beam, with additional 10 mm side gussets for added support.

Front and rear reversible cutting edges are made from high-carbon steel, helping extend their working life. The top three-point link mount is manufactured from 10 mm plate for a stronger connection than the simple flat-strap arrangement found on standard box blades.

The adjustable rippers measure 18 × 60 mm and offer four height settings.
